Jazmine Hawkins Founder of Integrated Therapeutic Solutions | Creator of Girl Breathe | Licensed Professional Counselor

Jazmine Hawkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who specializes in helping individuals, families, and communities build emotional resilience and deepen connections. As the founder of Integrated Therapeutic Solutions, Jazmine integrates therapy, faith-based wellness practices, and mindfulness techniques to guide families through life’s challenges and foster a sense of peace and balance.

In her upcoming session focused on stress management, Jazmine will provide both parents and students with practical tools to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. By teaching techniques like mindful breathing, relaxation practices, and positive communication, Jazmine empowers families to reduce stress and improve their mental well-being.

Her approach emphasizes the importance of self-care, understanding one’s emotional triggers, and creating a space for open dialogue and connection. Through her workshops, Jazmine helps participants understand that stress is manageable with the right tools, and that fostering emotional well-being is essential for both personal and family growth.


Johanne Acosta Community Does It – Director of the Education & Family Support Program

Johanne has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance. She is certified as a Mentor Life Coach to be able to guide people who need additional support in decision-making and in Perinatal Psychology. As a Puerto Rico native by way of Dallas, TX, Johanne is happy to combine all her training. professional and personal experiences to guide families in the Pleasant Grove community through the creation and implementation of a robust curriculum that will empower parents in this community to realize their strengths and gifts and gain the knowledge and tools to help their children through the challenges they face through a mental health illness.


Jasmin Chavez Community Youth Manager, Community Does It

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Teaching English and currently serve as the Community Youth Program Manager at Community Does It, a mental health clinic in Pleasant Grove. In my role, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where youth in our community can explore and strengthen their mental health. Through engaging in discussions on topics such as communication, stress management, goal setting, self-care, and self-love, I aim to empower young people with the tools and resources they need to build healthy habits that foster strong mental and emotional well-being.


LaKashia Wallace President and Founder, SDPC

For more than 30 years, Lakashia Wallace was a Dallas ISD parent and community organizer in South Dallas. She has served on PTOs, PTAs, and the Dallas ISD board president’s Code of Conduct reforms working hand in hand with the district for decades. She has served as a substitute teacher, and parent-student advocate informally and formally through several committees, community-based organizations, and even directly through Dallas ISD. After many, many years the SDPC is an outlet she has built through which parent voices can be heard.


Curtis Smith

Curtis Smith has made a significant impact in the field of education by co-founding a renowned public middle school in Brooklyn and introducing a pioneering mindfulness curriculum, which has become integral to the school's culture. His work in mindfulness education has not only gained international recognition but also led him to collaborate with various educational and corporate entities to improve their cultures and wellness practices. As a consultant, Smith's strategies and workshops have supported initiatives like the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, fostering mindful and compassionate educational settings. His venture, Moment of Mindfulness LLC, showcases his commitment to social entrepreneurship, blending music, movement, and meditation to promote mental health education. Curtis's achievements are rooted in a strong background in educational leadership, highlighting his innovative contributions to mindfulness in education.


Leanne Foell, LCSW

Leanne has presented as a mental health speaker for large teen audiences and professional conferences. She has a Master's in Social Work and practices mental health therapy with teens. She has worked with teens in multiple settings including juvenile detention centers, high schools, inpatient hospitals, pediatric centers, and private practice. She specializes in helping the "stuck" teen and quickly building rapport with teens who feel misunderstood.

Leanne builds her presentations around engaging activities that enlist young audiences in living mentally healthy lives. Her content is unique and wildly applicable to today's young people. Audiences leave Leanne’s presentations feeling understood, motivated, and equipped for their challenges.


Will Zee' Tidwell CEO, SpeakUPZee, LLC

Will Zee' Tidwell is the CEO of SpeakUPZee, LLC, located in Little Rock, Arkansas, and is deeply committed to uplifting others and fostering positive change. His unique journey has led him to use his experiences, wisdom, and knowledge to create something much larger than himself, impacting over 100,000 men, women, and children through SpeakUPZee's community outreach programs. These programs include feeding initiatives, youth mentoring, and job opportunities, showcasing his dedication to strengthening the community. After achieving a significant milestone, Tidwell expanded his efforts by founding Esquire Writing & Media under the SpeakUPZee umbrella, aiming to provide resources, brand awareness, and communication support to further his mission. His ability to speak, write, and tell stories has given rise to various platforms through which he continues to empower individuals and advocate for a brighter future.


Robbie Estaban Vice President, SDPC

A current Dallas ISD parent, communications strategist, and longtime racial equity practitioner, Robbie has worked with thousands of students and hundreds of educators across DFW. She has served in Montessori classrooms, leading adult education providers, and supported the digital strategies of elected officials and decision-makers across the country. Her goal is to return the focus of education to prioritizing student well-being and creating a sense of solidarity amongst parents and educators across identities and backgrounds.


Ailyn Corchado Prevention Educator, Be Project

Ailyn Corchado is a Prevention Educator for Be Project, the teen dating violence prevention program of The Family Place. Be Project provides culturally relevant school-based programming designed to prevent violence and encourage healthy friendships/relationships in middle and high school. Delivering programming to young people beginning in the 6th grade, Be Project engages the entire school community through health classes, small groups, school staff training, and family engagement.
